When deleting child accounts from a parent account, the following changes will occur in the account, device, gateway, and application records.
Account Record: The account record is deleted from the database and is not immediately recoverable. Recovery may be possible but not guaranteed.
Device Record: The device record is unaffected and will maintain an association with the deleted account through the account ID. Device Records will not be recoverable through X-ON and will require assistance from the Digi cloud team. The following information will help in recovering the device record.
- Name/Description, EUI, QR Code
Gateway Record: The gateway record is unaffected and will maintain an association with the deleted account through the account ID in the database. Gateway Records will not be recoverable through X-ON and will require assistance from the Digi cloud team. The following information will help in recovering the gateway record.
- Name/Description, EUI, QR Code
Application Record: The application record is unaffected and will maintain an association with the deleted account through the account ID. Application Records will not be recoverable through X-ON and will require assistance from the Digi cloud team. The following information will help in recovering the gateway record.
