HOW TO: Obtain XBee Tracing From a ConnectPort X2 SE Smart Energy Gateway
Use a terminal emulator, such as, Microsoft Telnet or PuTTY to telnet to the gateway. From the command line of the gateway, issue the following command:
#> set trace mask=xbee:+*
The results will scroll quickly on the screen. Let the tracing run until the desired behavior is replicated, then press [Ctrl]-C to stop the tracing, save the session results and send to Digi Tech. Support for analysis.
