Due to enhanced security with Smart Energy gateways, it is not possible to access the command line interface of the Smart Energy models.  Gateway configuration and settings can instead be applied from the Device Cloud or digi-se.appspot.com.

There is the ability for Digi Engineering to gain access to the gateways in situations where advanced debugging is required.
