Rules for setting a strong password on the ConnectPort TS

Strong password enforcement is set via the CLI under 'set syssecurity enforce=off/on'

To meet the strong password rule in the ConnectPort LTS, more than 4 cases of the following list should be included in the password.

1.    Ten characters or more
2.    At least 1 Lowercase letter
3.    At least 1 Uppercase letter
4.    At least 1 Numeric letter
5.    At least 1 Special letter

Minimum length of password is 8 characters.
This function looks for 8 characters or more and then for any 4 out of 5 of these rules to be applied.  Where a password of 10 or more would be one of the 5.
